Billy Goat's Gruff Camp Rules
By accepting and signing this contract you and your party will be agreeing to all of the campground rules and taking responsibility for your actions
- NO REFUNDS-Camp Rain or Shine - we cannot control the weather or other issues.
- Quiet Time 12 am - 8 am
- NO PETS ALLOWED
- Speed is 4 MPH at all times in campground. VERY ADAMENT!!!
- Everyone MUST wear wristband and vehicles must be tagged at all times you are a guest - if not YOU will be asked to leave
- Checkout Time is 12:00pm noon, No Checking in After 10:30 pm
- Camping is $12.00 + tax, per person per night
- No VISITORS, Everyone is a prepaid registered guest. No exceptions. This is for your privacy and protection.
- Have Fun, but respect others and private property, absolutely NO Trespassing on private property to left or right of campground.
- No Glass or Styrofoam on the river. No Glass bottles in campground - cans and plastic only please!
- No Firearms or Fireworks.
- No Personal/Private Equipment allowed in camp and will not be shuttled.
- Fires in designated fire rings only. Do not cut, chop, etc. Trees !!!!
- Do Not Litter - please use can hoppers for aluminum cans only. Leave camp with only footprints left behind.
- No Generators or AC Units Allowed, No Loud or Offensive Music
- No Profanity or Fighting, Abusive or Rude behavior will not be tolerated!
- No Rope Swings
- No Diving into River it is VERY shallow
***You will be required to Sign the rules, Attach your Driver's License Number & Date. Please Print and Bring at the time of Check-In.
Billy Goats Gruff is not responsible for accidents in or out of the river.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
Any violation of the above stated rules could lead to removal from Billy Goats Gruff property.
BILLY GOAT'S GRUFF IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS IN OR OUT OF THE RIVER
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AT ANYTIME
VIOLATION OF CAMPGROUND RULES COULD RESULT IN YOUR REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY
